Keep the service safe, authorised and respectful.

Authorised use
Follow Discord’s applicable terms and community guidelines. Use PrynBot only with appropriate authority for the account, server and content involved. Do not misrepresent yourself as Pryn Team or use the project’s branding to deceive members.
Prohibited conduct
Do not use the service for illegal activity, harassment, threats, spam, credential theft, malicious links, raids, payment fraud or unauthorised collection of personal information. Do not bypass access checks, exploit vulnerabilities, access other members’ private tickets or use AI instructions to disclose unrelated conversations.
Content and file transfers
Upload and share only files you are entitled to distribute. Encryption and an unlisted URL do not permit illegal or abusive material. A complete transfer link is a bearer credential: anyone who receives it may download or forward the file until expiry. Do not treat it as identity-verified delivery.
Manager responsibilities
Keep staff spaces and transcripts private. Review role hierarchy, AutoMod settings and panel permissions. Do not offer privileged roles through unrestricted self-service. Communicate your server’s support and moderation policies and review disputed automated actions.
Reports and enforcement
Report abuse or a suspected vulnerability privately to [email protected]. Describe the issue without posting secrets or other people’s private information. We may restrict access to protect users, investigate misuse or comply with law. Where practical we explain the reason and allow review through the same email. Billing remedies and mandatory rights continue to apply; enforcement is not a blanket exclusion of refunds.
