Terms of Service

Your responsibilities, service availability and how to contact Pryn Team.

Effective 2 November 2026
Pryn Team · Operator contact: Mostafa Eyd · [email protected]

Who operates PrynBot

PrynBot is an unregistered team project known as Pryn or Pryn Team, not a registered company. Mostafa Eyd is the named operator contact for these policies. Contact [email protected] about the service, billing, complaints or privacy. The bot host is in Scotland; external hosting, payment and AI services may process information elsewhere.

PrynBot is an independent Discord application and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord. These terms apply to the public website, bot, dashboard and related PrynBot services.

Eligibility and permissions

You must meet Discord’s applicable minimum age and any higher age requirement where you live. You must have authority to configure a server or purchase a subscription. If you cannot enter a binding purchase agreement yourself, obtain any legally required parent or guardian involvement.

Server managers are responsible for selecting channels and staff roles, checking permissions, explaining their community’s processing to members and reviewing moderation settings. Installing the bot does not transfer ownership of your server or content.

Core features and Premium

Core features and Premium features are described in the documentation. Premium is €2.99 per month and renews until cancelled. Coverage belongs to the purchasing Discord account and applies to eligible servers they manage. See the billing policy for renewal, cancellation and refunds.

Content and acceptable use

You retain your rights in the content you supply. You authorise PrynBot to process, transmit, display and store that content as needed to provide the features you enable. Do not submit content you lack permission to use. Follow our acceptable-use policy and Discord’s terms.

PrynBot branding and original website materials are not licensed for impersonating the project. Third-party software and assets retain their respective licences.

AI and human decisions

AI Support is automated and may be inaccurate or unavailable. Request a person for unresolved or sensitive support. It is not an emergency service or professional legal, medical or financial adviser. Server staff remain responsible for moderation decisions and permission settings. See the AI disclosure.

Availability, changes and ending access

Maintenance, provider outages, Discord changes and quotas may interrupt features. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, unlimited AI requests or a particular response time. We may change features or restrict access to address abuse, security issues or legal obligations. Where practical, we will explain material restrictions and provide a route to request review at [email protected].

We will communicate material paid-service changes before they affect future billing where required. If we discontinue a paid service, we will stop future renewals and address unused paid access and applicable refunds. Removing the bot from a server does not itself cancel a subscription.

Your rights and complaints

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. You retain rights and remedies available under the law applicable to you. These terms do not require consumers to give up access to a court or regulator available under that law.

Send complaints to [email protected], describing the issue and the outcome you seek. Do not include passwords or complete payment-card details. Material policy changes will be dated and explained on this website.
