Premium, Cancellation & Refunds

Price and coverage

PrynBot Premium is €2.99 per month for one purchasing Discord account and covers eligible servers that account manages. Check the total, currency and any applicable tax treatment before paying. Premium includes the features described on the Premium page; core free features do not require a subscription.

Payment and renewal

Subscribe through the signed-in dashboard using Stripe Checkout. Payments renew monthly until cancelled. Stripe handles payment details; do not send card numbers to Pryn Team. Keep the checkout confirmation and receipt. The public website does not itself collect card details.

Cancel future renewals

Use the dashboard’s billing portal to cancel. The portal shows the effective cancellation date and remaining paid access. If you cannot access it, email [email protected] with your Discord ID and transaction reference. Removing the bot, leaving a server, deleting a dashboard session or receiving a manual Premium grant does not automatically cancel Stripe billing.

Premium depends on a verified paid entitlement. Failed or unpaid status can suspend Premium while core free features remain available; reconciliation timing can vary.

Fourteen-day first-purchase refund

You may request a full refund within fourteen calendar days of your first paid Premium purchase. Email [email protected] before the deadline with your Discord ID and payment reference and clearly request cancellation and a refund. This voluntary first-purchase policy applies even if you have used Premium; it does not reduce any statutory cancellation or refund rights.

After that period, change-of-mind refunds for renewals are not automatic. We still assess incorrect or duplicate charges, faults and other circumstances where a refund or remedy is required by law. Contact us promptly. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; bank processing can take additional time.

Simple cancellation notice

You can use this wording by email: “To Pryn Team: I wish to cancel my PrynBot Premium subscription. My Discord ID is [ID], my purchase date is [date], and my payment reference is [reference]. I am also requesting a refund [if applicable]. Name: [name]. Date: [date].” No special wording is required to exercise a legal cancellation right. Send it to [email protected].

Problems, service changes and consumer rights

Tell us if paid access does not activate or a charge is wrong. Include the receipt reference, never full card details. We will investigate and provide an appropriate correction, refund or other remedy where due. If a paid service ends, future renewals must stop and unused paid access must be addressed. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights.

Manual free entitlements can be granted or revoked by authorised Pryn Team administrators. A grant does not purchase, renew or cancel a separate paid subscription.
